Art has always been a part of my life.
I’ve worked in the art and design industry for more than 25 years. I come from a generation that started with hand drawing and gradually transitioned into digital art with tools like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. I’ve been lucky enough to experience both worlds — from creating by hand to creating with technology.
Around eight years ago, I, Jimmy T., entered the Permanent Makeup industry. Over time, my journey naturally expanded into tattooing as well. Eventually, I opened my own body art studio in Las Vegas.
In early 2026, I decided to close my Las Vegas studio and move to Phoenix, Arizona. One of the biggest reasons was my family. I wanted a different environment for my kids and, most importantly, more time to be there for them while they are growing up.
When my kids become more independent, I plan to open my studio again in Phoenix. But for now, this new chapter gives me something valuable — time.
Time to spend with my kids. Time to focus more deeply on tattoo art and design. Time to practice, experiment, and take my skills to the next level.
Closing my shop doesn’t mean I stopped doing what I love. Actually, it gives me an opportunity to continue my journey in a different way.
That’s why I’ll be more active on social media, sharing my tattoo ideas, practice, experiences, product testing, PMU knowledge, and everything I continue to learn along the way.
The shop may be closed for now, but my art journey never stopped.
